Abacus Property Management was founded in the year 2000 on the principle of providing a strikingly personalized management style to the Atlanta market. The niche Abacus fills stands in stark contrast to the assembly line service that Mega-management Company tirelessly presents as the industry standard. Abacus is now a partner in safeguarding the property values for over 25 communities in the greater Atlanta area. The company�s success is attributable to our ability to adopt the visions and goals of each community as our own and tirelessly work towards them. As our mission statement says: 'We dedicate ourselves to consistently serving our customers with the highest levels of experience, knowledge, and ethics.' The Abacus team brings expert resources to all phases of property management, including financial management, physical management, covenant management, and vendor management. Abacus is an active member of the Community Association Institute (CAI), a national organization that disseminates information and provides professional training for board members and property managers alike. Our team is active in the local chapter of CAI and participates in continuing education opportunities within the industry. Abacus Property Management DOES NOT offer insurance, landscaping, porter, handyman, pool, collections, or construction services because we believe there is an INHERENT CONFLICT OF INTEREST in the ability of any management company to place your well-being above their own.
